If you’re looking to share a space with someone you know, why not try one of our shared rooms! To apply for a double room requires two applicants.

We offer short term leases, then switching to a month-to-month lease.
Rent includes internet, energy, water, house supplies, garbage, maintenance, and fire alarm.
Private rooms start at $1,050. Double room at $850.
